Walk up from the driveway, stand between the two main parts of the house, and gaze over the white sand, through some trees and into the turquoise blue water. The house is literally 30 seconds away from the water.
Keep an eye out for turtles, as they love to lie in the sun and rest on the beach. Swing on the hammock and enjoy the light ocean breezes, take a nap or read a good book. You can lose yourself in your vacation for hours just right there.
Walk up two flights of stairs to the tower, where you can watch the boats and yachts cruise by, and in the whale season, sit mesmerized by the Humpback whale activity all day long! Sunsets to live for, and although they can be enjoyed from most rooms in the house, the roof-top view from the Tower is exceptional.....sit with a glass of wine or beverage of your choice and enjoy the unbelievable coastline views. You may even see dolphins pass by on their way down the coast all year round.
The kitchen has a custom-designed concrete counter-top with a water feature, and includes all state-of-the-art modern appliances. Fill the full size pantry with delicious fresh local foods. Phenomenal lighting tracks illuminate whatever the chef-of-the-day is cooking up. Enjoy the view to Wailea Bay as you are standing in the kitchen. There is a terrific flow to the home...an open plan design throughout the whole living, dining and kitchen area; and with the glass sliding doors completely open, it's just as if you could reach out and touch the white sand and ocean.
There is a modern office at the top of the landing for all your office needs.
The home features six plasma television sets, with a complete home audio system controlled from each room. The Media room can be converted into a 5th bedroom if needed.

The five full bathrooms have been custom-designed with a distinctly European flavor with tall stand-alone bath-tubs in the 2 ocean-view bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and all have showers. Ceiling fans throughout, indoors and outdoors. Air-conditioning is found in the bedrooms only.
Outdoors you can enjoy the pool bath, or either of two outside showers after playing on the sandy beach, swimming in the lava pools (one of which is an ancient Hawaiian Queens bath), or exploring the lava opening to a wonderful snorkeling oasis.
