Our 8 days at Fairway Villas Waikoloa were absolute perfection. We LOVED the location and our unit was pristine and very well furnished and organized. The second bedroom having two double beds was a hard to find but fantastic layout as we were traveling with our two grown sons... most units are set up to accommodate younger kids only, so this was a gem. We loved the beautiful pool and being steps away from the workout room and we took full advantage of being near the market. Had great sunsets at the nearby beach and enjoyed the fabulous weather on this side of the island. It was 5 stars! Mahalo!

The condo was perfect! We enjoyed spending a week there with our family and definitely would rent it again! The staff was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions! Definitely a 5 star rating!

In a beautifully maintained, gated community, this modern, updated unit was just incredible. It has everything needed to stay comfortably at home, and everything needed to head out to enjoy the island! We felt at home the minute we walked in. The pool is right nearby. The garage is full of fun, beach equipment. Golf, shopping, restaurants and beach clubs are within walking distance, and many of Hawaii\'s amazing resorts and beaches are just a short drive away. We will come again and again!

Great place, clean, comfortable, quiet-loved the back patio with BBQ and the e-bikes

My husband and I stayed in unit 304 for a little over 2 weeks. The unit was nicely stocked. Both Lanai’s were private and quiet. A really nice way to start the day with a breakfast on the lanai off the main and at night on the upper lanai off the master bedroom listening to the palm trees sway in the breeze. The complex over all of very quiet. And the townhouse floor plan is nice because you won’t ever have loud neighbors above you. Resortica was wonderful to work with. I would absolutely use them again. Looking forward to my next trip to the Big Island.

We enjoyed our stay at #1805 very much. It is clean, well appointed and close to many stores where you\'ll find everything you need. There is a small beach within walking distance where many people gather to watch the sunset. We will be back!

This is the second time we stayed at Shores 23 because we love it so much. Beautiful furnishings and layout and spacious. Quiet. Gorgeous views from lanai, you can even watch the sun set on the water in February. Loved proximity to the Hilton restaurants and things to do. Walked to abay almost daily which is a delightful short walk. Having Tropics Alehouse located just outside the gate was a big plus when we didnt plan on what we were doing for dinner. The pool here is amazingly clean and beautiful. We met so many nice people at the pool. And the booking and communicating with Resortica was seemless. Highly recommended!

Staying at this condo was like home away from home, but better. Each bedroom was thoughtfully decorated, the linens and beds were comfortable, and having a ceiling fan in each room helped keep everyone happy. There was even a nice dedicated workspace in the upstairs atrium that we used to get some last-minute work finished before getting back into vacation mode. The master bath was especially incredible with a large, beautiful shower. I looked forward to that shower after a long day of swimming in the nearby pool or the ocean. The proximity to the pool was huge plus for us. We grilled and ate lunch on the lanai in between swimming in the pool. Cooking here was easy as the kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to make meals for all 6 of us. The condo is located across the street from Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops, and a short walk away from Lava Lava Beach Club (our fave for a sunset cocktail in the sand). After dark, there’s not as much to do on the island. The pool/ping pong table in the condo kept us entertained nearly every night. We absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this condo and can’t wait until my family and I can return again.

This condo was amazing, it’s newly remodeled and beautiful, the location is perfect. The owners put a lot of thought into providing everything you need for your family, including chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie, board, snorkeling, equipment, and my favorite 4 bikes! A fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor kitchen and barbecue , you’re right by the pool. You can walk across the street to the market and shops, with so much to do right around you. I’ve looked at a lot of condos. This one is the best condo so far.

This condo was in an ideal location and easy to get to. It is in walking distance to the local shops, restaurants, markets and also close to beach access. The owner provided everything we needed for our daily beach excursions such as bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, a cooler and boogie boards. This condo is also located right next to the community pool which allowed my family to use the pool/spa to wind down at the end of the day. We love this condo and will definitely be back!!

We just spent 11 nights in this villa and absolutely LOVED our stay. (2 adults and 2 kids.) The condo was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated in a beach/Hawaiian theme. We also all loved the location .. being so close to shops, the beach and Hilton pools. We also really appreciated all the beach items available in the garage as we took many road trips to different parts of the island. Thank you for helping us create many memories on our first Big Island family vacation. We had an amazing time!

We enjoyed our time at Halii Kai, 10G! The unit was well furnished, had spectacular golf course in Ocean views, and was a convenient home base for our family. We enjoyed being close to the quaint community clubhouse with an awesome pool and delicious restaurant. Resortica Hawaii has been a great manager as well with a seamless experience from booking through our stay. We had one small issue which was attended to quickly. We would recommend this unit, as well as booking direct with Resortica Hawaii. We would definitely recommend working with this Property Manager.

Beautiful! Tropical inside and out! Very clean, classy, comfortable and well stocked. Great location as it’s very convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Pool is close by and it’s surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. Mauni Lani Beach Club is conveniently close and the snorkeling was awsome. Walking trails from both ends of the beach with beautiful sunset views!!! We had a great time watching the Whales frolicking while watching the sun sets every evening. You won’t be disappointed!!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Resortica Hawaii. The staff could not have been more pleasant. When our first booking was cancelled due to an issue with the condo originally booked, Resortica worked with us to find an alternative and we absolutely loved Bay622. We had an amazing stay at Hali’i Kai 15-H! The condo had the most amazing ocean view. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the whales!! The only real negative was the poor Internet. We had to constantly reset the router and never could get it to work with our phones (although we were able to use internet on our computers). The Resortica Hawaii staff were extremely responsive when we contacted them regarding the internet issue and sent someone to investigate promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay in this complex. Secure, great location, beautifully landscaped , it made for a very wonderful stay on the Big island. Beautiful full kitchen and porch with grill makes these units a stand out selection for a comfortable stay.

Anne Marie at Resortica is always professional, pleasant, and prompt with any of our inquiries. Kolea 16B is beautifully located and extremely comfortable and well equipped. Carpets are difficult to keep clean in the tropics, they could use a good shampoo! Outdoor cushions are getting flat from frequent use. Just a few hints….for next year’s visit!

Loved our stay! Would recommend and we were so glad to have the exta space with our group on our last stop visiting the Big Island. We especially loved all the beach items were able to use and the Hilton pass. Only minor feedback was that we found ourselves wanting more pillows for the master bedroom. There were two provided; the others were decorative.

Our stay was incredible! The place was equipped with everything we could need for a great vacation! Close to shopping centres, restaurants, beaches, etc. to explore. The place was very tidy and spacious and accommodated our large group. We enjoyed having the pool in close proximity as well. The condo was great. It was updated on the inside and had many conveniences ,like plenty of toilet paper for our entire stay, laundry soap ,dish soap, coffee filters, trash bags, and lots of kitchen stuff. We cooked in and didn’t have to buy all the little things to be able to do that. The grounds were nice and maintained. They have a very nice pool area with extra games and things to do. Over all we loved our stay and the location. We would definitely stay here again!

A ground-floor walkout 2BR condo right across from hole #3 green on the Wailkoloa Lakes course. Well appointed and in very good shape with plenty of supplies like washer machine detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher soap to get started. Three big screen TVs, and easy access to the Queens shops across the street. Several restaurants in both the Queens and Kings shops, including a movie theatre with a restaurant, included. Three 9-hole golf courses are down the street and Hapuna and Mauna Lani courses are a few miles down Queen\'s highway. The complex is quiet, the pool across the street is clean and rarely crowded. I made a reservation for next year because I liked it so much

Could not have been happier with our stay here. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. it is gorgeous inside and loved the decor and feel of the entire property. All the amenities were well thought out, and we had everything we needed. Several fantastic golf courses nearby, and the store/shopping center was very conveniently close. We were very pleased to use Resortica Hawaii instead of the other vacation rental companies. The condo was just as described-plenty of room for six of us plus a baby, all the furniture, beds, linens, kitchen items, etc was in great condition. We were a group of 7 together for a family celebration of my husband’s 80th birthday. We had a fabulous time! The Home was perfect, we were all very comfortable and enjoyed our time there! Hope to do it again soon!

We stayed here last visit to the big island and knew we would be back. This unit is the center of all the resort amenities , you face the gym, the barbeque site, and the pool and hot tub are all visible from your lanai. We found a perfect snorkel area, I wont put the name here but its in the visitors book in the unit you must see it you wont be let down.

We stayed at this unit when we were looking for a low-key getaway. We\'ve stayed on the Big Island before but for the price, nothing compares. The owners have made decisions that obviously have the guest in mind. The deco and furniture is premium design and quality. Just walk into any of the rooms and you feel cared for! Of all the vacations we\'ve taken, we agreed, this one was the hands-down best - and 100% because of where we stayed. Not only are you located in probably the most excellent part of the island, (Waikoloa is stunning and super well-kept), but you are also close to just about anything fun. We went for daily walks to the beach trail that winds around the amazing hotels. We had breakfast at the Hilton, which is a short walk down the street. We hit the beach and coffee farms, but also did nothing at all, and sat on the lanai and read, cooked our own dinner on the provided outdoor grill. We used the incredible and well-appointed kitchen for other meals, with affordable shopping nearby at Waikoloa Village just up the road. The place comes with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards for your enjoyment. We had a few moments where we needed to jump on a business call or zoom meeting. The internet was lightening fast and totally reliable the whole time. You could go to this place and pull off a week\'s worth of remote work and catch perfect tropical sunsets and mid-day jaunts to the beach and your employer, clients, or boss wouldn\'t know the difference. (Except perhaps when you fire up that zoom call and there\'s a golf course behind you! But that\'s what the background blur feature is for). Look around if you want, you\'ll never find a better value than Waikoloa H1. Change your travel to get open dates if necessary. We loved our stay there so much that we would sacrifice letting out this best-kept-secret because the hosts have so thoughtfully prepared their unit with guests in mind. Perfect score! If dates are open-BOOK IT (5️⃣⭐️).

My family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights and were so happy with everything. Definitely a 5 STAR rating and the perks go over and above! Hilton Pool Pass was an awesome bonus. The resort is beautiful and the accommodations were perfect. Beds are a 10 for sure. Ingrid was so helpful booking this and was not needed during our stay because everything was PERFECT. My only recommendation is to stay longer than 4 night FOR SURE!!!!

Pictures were accurate and made for a very relaxing condo stay. The unit was roomy and the kitchen was updated with lots of handy appliances. The walk in shower was large. We used the beach chairs to watch sunsets which we were thankful to have use of. The pool water was clear and clean. It was an easy and short walk down to the local village shops and restaurants. Be aware there are lots of canaries and birds flying around the resort that are noisy and early risers but beautiful so we didn’t mind sitting on the patio bird watching. One suggestion to the owners would be to add a small portable cooler to use poolside. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely stay here again, thank you!

The unit was really wonderful. It\'s beautifully updated with large rooms, wonderful tubs in both bathrooms, a large kitchen, and wonderful patio. The complex has a big rectangular pool, a smaller pool with a zero entry and a big hot tub with an amazing sunset view. The pool area also has a private entrance to the beach with a path that leads to the public beach (which is sandy-er). It\'s one of the best beaches on the Big Island. The Kolea complex is amazing. I have also read stories/reviews of other complexes with many ants and roaches. I have an aversion to bugs and there was not one to be found here.

The apartment is in an incredible location right on the water. Unit was very comfortable and clean. Management company was very good to work with - quick to respond and reliable. I highly recommend staying here.

I have never left a review before, and I loved this place so much I had too! We travel often, on vacation and for work. This might be the BEST rental we have ever stayed at!! Check in and out was extremely easy! We had some questions and the response time was impeccable. The location is epic!! The rental is clean and exactly as pictures describe. Its quiet, upscale, clean, beautiful, perfect location, and a plus with the Hilton Pass if you want that resort chaos. I could not have asked for a better rental. This is the best view in the resort. Wake up and view the mountains with the sun reflecting on the observatory. Beds are comfortable and it’s your own villa in a prime location. The accommodations are posh and modern. Everything you need for a great vacation. I loved everything about this villa.

Unit is even nicer then the pictures , unreal golfing , used the free Hilton pool pass twice, shopping and dinning 2 minute walk PS beautiful at night walking back. Short walk to the ocean, spent two weeks never needing a car. a must is lava lava restaurant right on the beach with the best sunset you will ever see right from your table. surprised on how close the pool and exercise room was . Pool is heated to a perfect 83 . Hope you will enjoy the same experience as my family did. Cant wait to get back this year .

A wonderful family reunion using up all three bedrooms as well as the sleeper bed upstairs. A perfect location within a perfect location, nestled under tropical trees and foliage. The amenities of the resort were a negligible walk from this quiet townhouse on hole 3 of the golf course. The Queens and Kings shopping centers were a few minutes’ walk away, the beach and its luxury hotels a skip further. The location of the resort is close to day trips in all directions. The rental allowed us to congregate in the open concept living/dining room/kitchen while the bedrooms and porch gave us privacy and a place to chill. We segued easily between busy activities all over the island to coming together at the end of the day for home cooking followed by a dip in one of the two pools within shouting distance of the rental. Waikoloa Village up the mountain offers good restaurants and groceries to supplement the always busy food and dining stores at the resort. The outdoor kitchen and porch complement the versatility of the rental. Our hosts Rich and Carrie were very responsive to requests and suggestions. We plan to comeback many more times.

Had a tremendous vacation staying at this location. The place was well kept, well decorated and the beds were absolutely comfortable. The grounds offers two pools for those days you want to stay close to home. The Queens shops across the street(easily walkable) offer a great smattering of options from food to crocs. I would definitely stay here again and bring the entire family once more.

We loved this place - pleasantly surprised. It feels much bigger in person (both indoor and outdoor spaces) than it seems from the pictures. Location is excellent - short walk or 30 second drive to Waikoloa beach and shops. Condo complex, pool, and BBQ areas are all very nicely maintained and were very quiet during our stay (mid-July). Perfect for small family or 2 couples. We\'ll be back!

We had such a great trip to the Big Island and were not familiar with this complex but would definitely stay there again! The pool and hot tub are awesome and the complex is small enough that it was never crowded. We LOVED the access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club - such a great spot, not too crowded and perfect for our kids to play. We went to the Hilton to use the waterslides a couple of times too, although it was very crowded so we preferred the beach. This rental has everything you\'d need in the kitchen, plus plenty of towels, and we really appreciated that it came with beach chairs, coolers, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear and beach toys. The pool also has great BBQs you can use. It\'s a 5 min drive or less to a grocery store and restaurants, and also close drives to Waikoloa, Mauna Lani Resort beach, the Fairmont, Hapuna Beach and more. Communication with Resortica was very clear and simple. We would love to stay again!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks and loved everything about it. It was so warm and cozy and enjoying all the amenities the Fairways had to offer. The restaurants and shops to the Queens and kings shops were just a short walk away.

This property was perfect for our recent trip to the big island! Very spacious, fully appointed kitchen, stocked laundry supplies, and a terrific location. The access to the beach club was fabulous, we were able to snag cabana and chairs and saw turtles and all kinds of fish when snorkeling in the calm bay. The beach club restaurant and the ones at Mauna Lani property were lovely. It\'s a short hop to grocery stores and perfect location for exploring the island. The onsite pool was clean and not overcrowded. We\'ll definitely be booking again!

Beautiful, spacious condo. It was very well equipped and had a fantastic lanai that offered extra space for the kids to run and play. Resortica had great service and made the experience flawless and smooth. Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I so enjoyed this condo. We have stayed twice and hope to return again. It is so bright and pretty with great views! The house is spacious with all the amenities we needed and more! The pool and grounds are like paradise with blooming flowers and tons of sunshine! This location has so much to offer with short drives to many various beaches, hikes, caves, trails, shopping, eating! It is quiet and relaxing.

The property was clean and well managed. It had everything that we need and had enough space for 2 couples and a child. The complex is nice and quiet and is close to a supermarket and few restuarants. Will definatley stay there again.

This is our second stay in this particular unit. We love both the location of the building in the community as well as the location of the condo in the building. It is safe & quiet. The layout of the condo is perfect. This has become our "go to" place when we visit the Big Island. I don't know if there is a more perfect place out there! The kitchen is well supplied. There are lots of books available to read. Everything you would need for a day at the beach is available for your use, chairs, towels, body boards, etc. You are able to walk out your front door and walk and explore for miles, in several different directions without having to drive anywhere. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back and we just got home yesterday!

We dealt with two wonderful ladies. One fixed the shower drain the other fixed the wi-fi both were EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you ladies!!

We loved the layout of this condo! It felt much roomier for the price than other condos we rented in Hawaii. The beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the balconies. The fact that it had 3 bathrooms was also great. It was super close to a grocery store and the views were fantastic! The only thing I would have liked that was not included was AC. It wasn't very uncomfortable- most of the time it was fine without AC, and there are fans in every room, but we were a little warm sometimes.

Excellent on all levels but your emails and other communication addressed concerns so well that my interaction was minimal. Resortica Feedback: Very impressed as a renter. Good info emails before (keys, gate code, pool code - all worked), during (area restaurants and other information), and after ( how to check out). Informative and accurate. Little spice gift welcoming us. Then, provided beach supplies as in beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. All nice quality. In addition, living supplies for lack of a better word was also supplied.. We brought laundry detergent pods (left them) since Resortica provided some plus plastic Costco garbage liners, dishwasher soap, broom & dust pan, etc - all which is very smart since we took care of items cause stuff was available. We have rented from a lot of Management Companies. I would rate them the best.

The Villa was very well stocked with typical household items and many beach items as well which we loved.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. Place is very spacious, comfortable and with anything you can ask for from any high end hotel. It is located in a perfect location close to the airport and on the side of the island that gives you the most amazing sunsets. Place is VERY clean, spacious and well stocked with beach gear, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Out the back sliding door you have a nice patio with grill and beautiful pool & spa within 20 feet. Close to Hapuna & Mauna Kea Beaches. Within walking distance you have Queens Marketplace Village with restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed staying here and hope to come back again soon. MAHALO!

My only complaint was the router needs to be replaced needs to be replaced. Wi Fi is horribly unstable, and has to be reset constantly. I don't think it was the provider, I think the router is just worn out.****Management Response-Thank you, we will have our Maintenance Department check the router ASAP! Nothing short of excellent from booking thru checkout. The Resortica Team is top notch! Unit was very well appointed. Everything from cookware to glassware & Everything else in kitchen was top notch. The entire condo was so well stocked. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already thoughtfully provided for.

This is the best condo I have stayed in on the Big Island and I've stayed at many. Perfect location, spacious, and so many amenities! It is directly across the street from the Queens Marketplace and just a few min walk to the beach. Within the condo community, it's right across the lawn from the main pool, which makes the pool feel like an extension of the condo itself. The condo was large and spacious with 3 large bedrooms/bathrooms. At one point we had 8 people staying in the unit, and it still did not feel crowded at all. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed to cook gourmet meals. We used the high end outdoor grill often. Lastly, the condo comes with a Hilton resort pass (which is a water wonderland for both kids and adults alike!) AND a Waikoloa golf course membership (crazy discounted golf rounds with gorgeous views). We will be back again and again!

I've been to Hawaii 20+ times, but never to the Big Island. Trying to escape a MN winter we wanted to be as close as possible to a white sand beach without having to pay Mauna Kea Hotel prices. The Waikoloa Vista is the perfect spot since it's only a 5-10 walk to A-Bay & the Hilton. D101 was exactly as described. Beautiful place and exceptional layout. The living room is large and bright with large windows/sliders. Also, the bedrooms are separated by the living room...which provides privacy. Also, there's an outside owners activity closet full of beach chairs, etc. Great rental.
