Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Entertainment: Sonos system
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking available on a first come, first serve basis in "visitor" parking stalls for one car. There is not a reserved parking spot.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Weber electric grill on the lanai and community gas BBQ’s onsite
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Telephone: Yes, landline phone with free calling to USA, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam & The Virgin Islands.
Cable TV: Roku smart TVs located in Living Room and Guest Room
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Shores at Waikoloa 303 is located in the Sandalwood Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. Spacious lanai perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

by Michellethoughtfully decorated + appointed unit! very nice mid-century modern vibe, simple + clean. appreciated the ample seating in living area + lanai - pleasant view including slice of the ocean in the distance. resort grounds very pretty and well-maintained - enjoyed the gym + swimming pool. our contact mary was friendly + responsive - would def book with resortica again for next hawaii vac!
