Waikoloa Beach Villas J22 is located on the second floor of the J Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Offering views of the golf course and beautiful decor. Bedrooms have blackout window blinds for ultimate sleep comfort. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We enjoyed an excellent stay in J22 from May 20-29th. Everything about the unit was well depicted in the accompanying photos and descriptions. The information provided by Resortica was timely and helpful and really could not have been improved upon. Both the unit and the resort were top notch and the convenience to places of local interest was excellent. We especially appreciated that the owners provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella and small coolers which made our local beach trips all the more enjoyable. When we left we were already planning a return trip - hopefully to the same unit - for the late autumn. From our perspective 5 stars for sure.
